Complete online application
When you’re ready to apply, fill out the online application.
Submit transcripts
Send in copies of official transcripts from high school, as well as any colleges/universities you’ve previously attended. For more information about how we evaluate post-secondary education from outside of Canada, see our policy in the Academic Calendar.

Please take note of the following:
- Faxed or emailed copies of your transcripts will not be accepted as official copies
- The Academic Services office at Briercrest reserves the right to request additional information from any applicant
Submit SAT or ACT scores
If your SAT or ACT scores aren’t included in your official transcript, please have those sent to us at the mailing address above. If you haven’t taken an SAT or an ACT, you can take them online by visiting the following links.
- SAT - www.collegeboard.org
- SAT minimum score required for admission is 1150.

Pay application fee
Submit a $100 (CAD) non-refundable application fee.
Deposit $200 confirmation fee
This $200 (CAD) confirmation fee will allow us to give you access to course registration and allow us to issue your letter of acceptance. The fee is non-refundable and goes into your Briercrest student account towards your tuition. Check out our tuition and fees page for financial information as well as details about payment and refunds
Apply for a study permit
Once you’ve received a letter of acceptance a proof of funds statement, you can apply for your study permit through the Government of Canada website. Find out more about obtaining a study permit.
