Sundbo Place

One of our newest residences, Sundbo Place is a three-storey apartment-style complex. The first floor includes apartments for single staff and married students. The second floor houses mature female college and seminary students (age 21 and up). The third floor houses mature male college and seminary students (age 21 and up).
Note: these are separate and independent halls and do not constitute a co-ed residence).


 

Sundbo 2: Women

The second floor of this residence is home to mature female college and seminary students (age 21 and up). Rooms in Sundbo 2 are designed in quads. Each quad has two large bedrooms, a furnished common sitting area, and full kitchen. Rooms are shared by two students each, for a total of four students per quad (single bedroom occupancy may be available for an additional fee and as enrollment demand allows). Each quad also has a washroom with a full bath and shower, and a vanity with two sinks installed outside most (but not all) washrooms for convenience and easy access. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor. Sundbo 2 residents have the option of eating in the dining hall or cooking their own meals in their quad.

Dorm rooms: Rooms are designed in "quads". These are very similar to a two-bedroom apartment, but the bedrooms are larger and accommodate two students each, for a total of 4 students per quad. Single bedroom occupancy may be available for an additional fee, depending on enrollment demand.

Washroom facilities: Each quad has its own washroom with a full bath and shower. For convenience, a vanity with two sinks has been installed outside most (but not all) washrooms.

Dining options: Dining hall meal plan or cooking for themselves in their quad.

Kitchen facilities: Each quad is equipped with a complete kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, table, and chairs (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. are not provided).

Student lounge: There is a furnished common sitting area in each quad. TVs are not provided.

Laundry: Laundry facilities are located on the first floor.

Storage: Each quad has its own internal storage space

Sundbo 3: Men

The third floor of this residence is home to mature male college and seminary students (age 21 and up). Rooms in Sundbo 3 are designed in quads. Each quad has two large bedrooms which are shared by two students each, for a total of four students per quad (single bedroom occupancy may be available for an additional fee and as enrollment demand allows). Each quad has a washroom with a full bath and shower, and a vanity with two sinks installed outside most (but not all) washrooms for convenience and easy access. Each quad has a furnished common sitting area and is equipped with a full kitchen. Residents living on this hall have the option of cooking their own meals or signing up for one of the meal plan options that are available at our student Dining Hall. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor.
